Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

I can be a bit timid with new people and environments.

General Socialization Notes:

I can be a little anxious in new situations. I would do best in a home where I am not left alone for long periods of time.

Does the dog like other pets?

I play well with other dogs. I have a tendency to resource guard food and toys with other dogs but the folks at ABRT can help set us up for success.

Does the dog like children?

Yes. I am very calm with babies.

Favorite Toys:

I love anything that squeaks. I love bones and other chew toys.

Forever Home:

I would do best in a home that is patient and willing to work with me to help me adjust. I would do best with someone who is home often.
