Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

Hello my name is Dusty. No that's not a reference to my age! Though I am a little long in the tooth and could use a good set of glasses, I have a lot of love left to give. I'm looking for a forever retirement home where we can lounge on the couch. You can read a good book and enjoy a glass of wine and I'll keep your feet warm, no need for a blanket! In my dream home I would be an only dog, it's not that I don't like other dogs, but with my eyes being what they are, they scare me and make me jumpy. If you enjoy slow short walks around the block when it's light and warm outside and snuggles on the couch when it's dark and cold then I'm the right guy for you! Call and set up a time to come meet me if you think you have the perfect sanctuary. It takes me very little time to warm up to you, once I know that you treat me kindly I'm open to being your friend for life.
