Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

I am a smart, energetic, happy puppy with lots of love to give! I am quickly learning my manners as I follow my canine foster brother's example. I love to run and play in the yard, and to snuggle on the couch with my foster mom. I do need a canine sibling to help me build confidence... Will you take me home and play with me?

General socialization notes:

I can be a bit shy at first, but I quickly warm up. I am a FAST learner, but since I am still a puppy, I do need patience and training.

Does Shane like other pets?

I love to play with my canine foster brother! We wrestle and run and play together all day! I like to chase my kitty foster siblings, but I never try to hurt them.

Does Shane like children?

I love everyone, but I also love to jump on people so I would probably do best with older kiddos, or kids who are experienced with dogs and won't be afraid if I knock them over.

Favorite toys?

Frozen kongs with peanut butter are my favorite, but really anything that I am allowed to chew on.

Ideal forever home?

I need an active family who will continue to work with me on my manners. Another dog in the home is a must, as I need to build confidence and to have an example to follow. I would love a family to take me hiking or running (or both!), and who will cuddle with me at the end of the day.

I want to adopt Shane (4)!
