Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

I am a lovely, playful girl who has a strong desire to be loved. I am well mannered and I stay as close to my humans as possible. Small children and fast movements make me nervous, I am just looking for a quiet place to spend my golden years.

General Socialization Notes:

They say I was trained as a service dog, but my original owner passed away. My new family is great, but their small children make me nervous. I am great with grown people and with other dogs.

Does Stella like other pets?

Yes, I am great with other dogs with a proper introduction. I'm not sure about cats or other pets as I have not met any.

Does Stella like children?

No, children make me very uncomfortable. I would prefer a home without children.

Favorite toys?

All of them! I love to play!

Ideal forever home?

A calm household where I can follow my humans around and curl up on the couch with them after a long walk. I do like to be active, but what I want most is to be part of a family.
