Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

I'm a sweet girl. I am a bit shy meeting new people, at first, but I will warm up. Once I warm up, I love to snuggle and be with you at all times. I'm very food motivated. I'm good with other smaller dogs and would be okay with cats. I'd like a home with children 8 years old and up.

General Socialization Notes:

I'm a little shy when first meeting people, but with treats I warm up quickly. I'm still working on potty training, but I'm doing much better. I can be a bit vocal when crated or left behind, but I do settle down eventually. I've been in foster with dogs under 30 lbs. and do well with all of them. I do, however, appropriately stand up to dogs that are pushy with me. I'm fine with cats, but I will sometimes chase them.

Does Reese's Pieces like other pets?

I live with smaller dogs and I do well with them. I live with cats too, and I do okay. Sometimes I do chase them.

Does Reese's Pieces like children?

I'd do best in a home with children 8 years old and up.

Favorite Toys:

I LOVE project toys like my Kong! I also like chews like Bully Sticks, Cow Hooves and Buffalo Horns.

Ideal Forever Home:

I'd love a home that will be patient with me when meeting new people. I would do fine with other dogs and cats too. I'd prefer a home with children 8 years old and up. I'd love a home where I can snuggle with my favorite humans.
