Available Dogs

Thank you for your interest in our available dogs. We like to get to know the dogs in our care prior to posting them for adoption so if you do not see the dog you are looking for, feel free to put an interest form in telling us what you are looking for in a forever friend. We love to "match-make" and we may have a dog that is not yet posted that is perfect for you. Once we have an interest form from you, one of our staff will contact you (in 7 - 10 days) to discuss your needs in detail as well as the dog(s) you are interested in.

I am a sweet, shy girl and will need alot of confidence building. I'm very smart, treat motivated and love to learn. I'd do well in a home with another social dog so I can learn from him or her. I'd prefer a home with no small children.

General Socialization Notes:

I'm very shy and will need a family that will help me with my confidence. Once I feel safe, I love to snuggle. I also really love car rides! I am still learning to like my crate, so I'll need help with that. I seem to be a bit more shy around men than women.

Does Indy like other animals?

Yes, I do fine with other dogs. I've done really well in play groups and I love to play.

Does Indy like children?

Because I'm a pretty shy girl, I'd prefer a home with older children, 13 years and older may be best.

Favorite Toys:

I love bones, rope toys and my favorite toy is my hamburger squeaky toy.

Ideal Forever Home:

My ideal home would be with a family that is willing to train with me and help with my confidence and most of all be patient. I'd love a home with a yard to run and play in. Another dog may be best for me too.
